Helped to orchestrate a number of monumenatal acquisitons and leverage buyouts ranging from real estate development, oil and gas, as well as the entertainment industry. Principally responsible for land acquisition and development, interacting with vendors and other suppliers, inspectors, and subcontractors.

Joeseph E. Houston, President- has over 25 years of experience in the home building industry. His areas of responsibility include supervision and implementation of and adherence to construction quality, facilitating and providing instruction for field managing techniques.Has extensive Project Director experience, with responsibilities ranging from supervising and coordinationg operations for building and land development in multiple communities. Additionally, he performed the duties of coordinating cost control systems and the implementation of raw land selection and feasibility. |
